God has given men a great deal of responsibility: we are husbands, fathers, friends, workers, and many other things. In each of the roles we have, we are often times looked up to be the leader. We have a responsibility and obligation to lead our families. But we need to be led, too. We need to be surrounded by other men to encourage us. We need a kick in the butt to take charge sometimes, and an encouraging hand on the shoulder when we are struggling or have blown it. It is vital to be involved with other guys, studying the Word of God and being led by Jesus and encouraged by other men regularly.
